Reflecting back

We're in a reflective mood here at Bold. The last few months have been worrying, yes, unprecedented, of course, but in some ways, there's a lot of positivity to come out of them.

Working from home (#WFH), is now part of the new normal, and frankly, we think it's about time. There's no need for companies to insist their employees work from the office all the time. This last few months has proven how adaptable we are at staying home and still being able to run businesses.

Sure, there should be a balance. We're human beings. We need connection, and connectivity. We thrive on discussions, networking and communication. That's why balance is key.

But at least now we know that on a grand scale, we can do it.

And do it well.
